Jalapeno Popper Dip Recipe
Description
Jalapeno Popper Dip Recipe blends softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, and Parmesan with fresh jalapenos and garlic. The mixture is seasoned with salt, pepper, and optional spices like paprika, cayenne, and cumin for extra depth. Spread in a baking dish and topped with a mixture of melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and garlic powder, then garnished with jalapeno slices. Baking at 350°F for 15 minutes creates a bubbling, cheesy dip with a crunchy topping.
The combination of creaminess from the cheeses and the spicy heat of the jalapenos provides a balanced texture and flavor. The crisp panko topping contrasts nicely with the smooth dip underneath. This dish works well as a party appetizer or snack, easily served warm alongside chips or crackers for dipping.
Adding crumbled bacon can enhance richness and add a smoky touch. The dip is best enjoyed fresh from the oven to retain the contrast between creamy and crunchy textures.
