Jalapeño Ranch

This homemade Jalapeño Ranch only takes 10 minutes to make. It's made with plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream), jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, onion powder, dill, and fresh lime juice. Use as a dressing, sauce, or dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, plain
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves packed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper stem and seeds removed, small
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill dried
  • salt to taste, Kosher salt
  • black pepper to taste, Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, garlic, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Notes

  • If you are worried about the dressing being too spicy, you can use 1/2 jalapeño pepper. Blend and taste. You can always add the other half.
