Ingredients
- 1cup/130g all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Sift all ingredients onto a parchment paper.
- Put them in a jar.
- Cover with the lid, tie a ribbon and stick the label onto the front of the jar.
Notes
- *1 This amount of dry ingredients makes about 4 pancakes.
- *2 To make pancake, you will need to add 1 egg, 3 tbsp of yoghurt, and 1/3 cup +2 tsp milk.
