Jerk Chicken Fajitas

Give your chicken fajitas a taste of the Caribbean with this tasty recipe for Jerk Chicken Fajitas, made in only 15 minutes for an easy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil divided
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
- ½ cup red bell pepper julienned
- ½ cup green bell pepper julienned
- 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 8 tortillas warmed

Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil, lime juice, jerk seasoning and chicken to a large ziploc bag, toss to combine and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the bell peppers and onion.
- Saute 4-5 minutes, then add the chicken, saute 5-6 minutes, then spoon into warm tortillas.
- Top with sour cream or honey lime dressing.
