This Jiffy Cornbread Recipe is the Best and so incredibly easy to make! Perfect with chili or as a side dish for dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 .5 ounce Jiffy cornbread mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and vegetable oil until well-combined.
- Whisk in the honey, sour cream, and milk until combined.
- Stir the Jiffy mix into the wet mixture until fully incorporated. Note: be sure to break up any big clumps of the Jiffy mix when adding it to the wet ingredients.
- Pour the cornbread batter into the prepared 9x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes. Test the cornbread at 25 minutes with a toothpick or cake tester and if it comes out clean then the bread is ready.
