Ingredients
- 1 green apple rinsed and chopped, red apple works too, with skin
- 1 celery chopped, large stalk
- 1 cup pineapple fresh, chunks
- 1 cup cucumber rinsed and chopped, with skin on
- ¼ cup mint leaf fresh
- lime juice juice of ½ lime
- 2 cups water
- Optional garnish with lime slices, pineapple or mint.
- Optional: sweeten with favorite sweetener.
Instructions
- First rinse and chop the fruit and vegetables into small pieces.
- In a blender, add the apple, celery, pineapple, cucumber, mints, lime juice and water.
- Blend until you reach a smoothie consistency. About 1 minute.
- Serve over ice and sweeten to taste (optional).
