Juicy Air Fryer Meatballs

Juicy Air Fryer Meatballs blend lean ground beef and sausage with herbs, Parmesan, and spices, cooked in an air fryer to a browned exterior and fully cooked inside. The combination of fresh parsley and basil along with smoked paprika adds depth to the flavor, while bread crumbs and egg bind the meatballs firmly. Cooking in the air fryer reduces grease and produces evenly cooked, tender meatballs without the need for frying in oil. These meatballs are suitable for serving with sauces, over pasta, or as appetizers.

Description

Juicy Air Fryer Meatballs combine ground beef and sausage with fresh herbs and grated Parmesan for balanced flavor. The lean meats are mixed with bread crumbs, egg, milk, and Worcestershire sauce, along with Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powders, and smoked paprika to enhance the taste. Cooking them in an air fryer at 380°F ensures a crisp, browned exterior while keeping the interior moist and tender. The process requires arranging the meatballs in a single layer without touching and cooking in batches if necessary to guarantee even heat distribution.

The result is flavorful meatballs that can be served with marinara or other sauces, incorporated into sandwiches, or paired with various sides. Their size of about 16 to 18 pieces makes for convenient portioning for meals or gatherings.
