Ingredients

  • 4 egg free-range
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup water warm

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl for 2-3 minutes until the whites and yolks are mixed and frothy.
  3. Mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add all the ingredients into the wet mix and whisk until well combined.
  5. Line a bread tin with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the batter into the lined bread tin and smooth out.
  7. Place the bread into the preheated oven and bake for 30–45 minutes, until the bread is cooked through. Allow to cool before removing from the tin and parchment paper.
