Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs

Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs combine smooth avocado with classic deviled egg flavors of mustard, lemon juice, and smoked paprika for a creamy, flavorful filling. Hard-boiled eggs serve as a firm vessel, while the blended avocado mixture creates a rich, satisfying texture that fits low-carb and keto diets. The dish is garnished with cilantro and paprika for visual appeal and subtle spice.

Description

This recipe begins by hard boiling eggs until firm, then peeling and halving them to extract the yolks. The yolks are blended with ripe avocado, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to produce a smooth, creamy filling with a gentle smoky note. The mixture is then piped back into the egg white halves using a star nozzle piping bag for an attractive presentation.

The avocado provides natural creaminess and richness as a dairy-free alternative to mayonnaise, while the lemon juice brightens the flavor and keeps the avocado from browning. Smoked paprika adds mild depth and a touch of color, complemented with chopped cilantro for freshness. These deviled eggs offer a satisfying snack or appetizer, fitting within ketogenic dietary preferences.

The balance of flavors keeps the eggs savory and rich without overwhelming any ingredient. They can be served chilled and are an elegant option for entertaining or everyday meals.
