Keto Bang Bang Shrimp
Description
This version of Bang Bang Shrimp uses a coating of almond flour and oat fiber to create a light, crunchy exterior when the shrimp are fried in a suitable keto-friendly oil. The shrimp remain tender inside due to the quick cooking time, about a couple of minutes per side. The Bang Bang sauce, prepared separately and whisked together, is drizzled over the cooked shrimp to provide a creamy, tangy, and mildly spicy flavor profile that highlights the shrimp without overpowering it.
Keto Bang Bang Shrimp can be served as an appetizer or a low-carb snack. The coating method avoids traditional breading to maintain a keto-friendly profile, making it suitable for those following low-carb diets. The dish pairs well with simple side vegetables or leafy greens if a meal is desired.
