Keto Big Mac Casserole

Keto Big Mac Casserole combines ground beef, cream cheese, and a distinct homemade Big Mac sauce to recreate the flavors of the classic burger in a baked dish. The casserole layers a creamy, savory beef filling with a rich egg and cream mixture, topped with melted sharp cheddar cheese. It offers a hearty texture with the familiar tang of pickle relish and the warmth of Worcestershire and garlic powders.

Description

The Keto Big Mac Casserole blends browned ground beef cooked with diced onions, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce with softened cream cheese to produce a creamy, meaty base. Dill pickle relish is folded in to echo the tanginess of the iconic Big Mac. An egg and heavy cream mixture is gently poured over the beef in a casserole dish, binding the components together as it bakes. Topped with shredded cheddar cheese and baked until golden and set, this dish yields a warm casserole with a velvety and firm texture. The layered flavors reflect the mouthfeel and taste elements of the original burger, with a focus on keto-friendly ingredients.

This casserole works well as a main dish for those following low-carb or keto diets, providing a filling and flavorful meal without bread. It’s suitable for dinner or meal prep and pairs well with simple sides like greens or a crisp salad.
