Ingredients
- 4 ounces sausage 2 oz. per serving
- 2 ounces pepperjack cheese
- 4 lices Bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon PB Fit Powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in the oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix together butter and PB Fit powder. Set aside.
- Form and cook sausage patties on both sides. Add cheese, and cove with a lid. Remove from pan.
- Cook egg over easy and assemble.
