Ingredients

  • 4 ounces sausage 2 oz. per serving
  • 2 ounces pepperjack cheese
  • 4 lices Bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon PB Fit Powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in the oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Mix together butter and PB Fit powder. Set aside.
  3. Form and cook sausage patties on both sides. Add cheese, and cove with a lid. Remove from pan.
  4. Cook egg over easy and assemble.
