Keto Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon is a delicious and easy side dish to any main meal. This is also filling enough for a light lunch. This recipe is a perfect meal or side of low carb and keto diet followers.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 5 lices Bacon chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prep a sheet pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the unsalted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and pepper.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts into the butter mixture and then spread them over the sheet pan. Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the Brussels sprouts.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the entire pan with Brussels sprouts.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes in the oven or until the Brussels sprouts brown and the bacon is cooked.

Notes

  • You can cook these Brussels sprouts whole. You will need to adjust the time by cooking an additional 5-10 minutes than the recipes indicates.
