Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip

This keto buffalo chicken dip is hearty, spicy, creamy and flavorful! This quick and easy recipe is great for appetizers, football games, holidays, and family dinners. It is always a family favorite dish!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 2 cups chicken shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided, shredded
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbled
  • green onion to garnish, chopped

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 10 inch by 7 inch (or 8x8 inch) pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce. Mix until fully creamy and no clumps remain. If needed, mix with a hand mixer.
  3. Then, add in shredded chicken and 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer to the sprayed baking pan. Top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese has melted and dip is bubbly.
  6. Finally, top with chopped green onions and more hot sauce if desired. Serve!

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese.  It is very difficult to mix cold cream cheese.
  • If needed, replace sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
  • This dip is moderately spicy.  Feel free to use less hot sauce for a more mild flavor.
  • Bake until dip is bubbly and the cheese has melted on top.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • To reheat, microwave leftovers or bake until warm.
