Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip

This Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip blends shredded chicken with butter, garlic powder, and Frank's Red Buffalo sauce, combined with cream cheese, yogurt, and cheddar cheese. Cooked on the stovetop and finished in the oven, it yields a creamy, spicy dip with melted cheese, suitable for dipping or serving as a hearty appetizer or snack.

Description

The Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip features shredded cooked chicken combined with butter, garlic powder, and hot sauce, simmered briefly to infuse flavor. Cream cheese is stirred in over medium-low heat to create a smooth base, followed by plain Greek yogurt and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, melting into a creamy mixture.

The dip is then transferred to an oven-safe dish (if needed) and topped with the remaining cheddar cheese before baking until melted and lightly browned. This layering of cheese adds richness and a melty finish. The dip carries a balance of heat and creaminess from its buffalo sauce and dairy ingredients, resulting in a thick, satisfying texture.

This dip can be served warm with low-carb dippers, suitable for keto diets. If keeping warm longer, transferring it to a crockpot on low heat is recommended to maintain texture without drying out.
