  • 6 egg hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup avocado flesh
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled, sugar free
  • pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. First, peel each hard boiled egg. Discard egg shells.
  2. Carefully slice each hard boiled egg in half. Scoop out egg yolks.
  3. Add egg yolks, avocado flesh, garlic powder, sea salt and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Next, add mixture to a piping bag. Pipe mixture into the egg white halves. Alternatively, spoon each mixture into egg halves.
  5. Lastly, top crumbled bacon on top. Sprinkle with paprika if possible.

Notes

  • Use fully cooled hard-boiled eggs to slice cleanly and avoid damage to whites.
  • Choose sugar-free bacon to maintain Whole30 compliance if desired.
