Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown Lakanto sweetener
- 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 tablespoon honey flavoring
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine water and sweetener in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the sweetener is completely dissolved and the liquid is bubbling slightly.
- Reduce heat and whisk xanthan gum in gradually. Be careful not to add too much or the mixture will thicken as it cools.
- Add honey flavor and pinch of salt.
- Cool to room temperature and transfer to a container with a tight lid.
- Store in the refrigerator.
