Ingredients

  • 2 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon allulose
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, heavy cream, allulose, and peanut butter to a food processor or blender. Pulse and then blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add in the cocoa powder and pulse until incorporated into the mixture.
  4. Add the mixture into a bowl or container, then place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. If possible, stir the mixture every 30-40 minutes to help minimize ice crystal formation.
  5. Once at the consistency you like, serve and enjoy!
