  • 4 medium-sized pears peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup keto sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, Swerve sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix until a crumbly mixture forms.
  4. Spread the sliced pears evenly in the greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the pears.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pears are tender.
  7. Allow the pear crisp to cool for a few minutes before serving.
