  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 3/4 /4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 /4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 /3 cup green onion sliced
  • 1 ounce olive sliced, about 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning with the sour cream. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the beef until no longer pink. Add the remaining taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water and cook until liquid has reduced. Cool completely.
