  • ¼ cup avocado frozen
  • 1 coop (25 grams) protein powder or Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice fresh, or key lime juice
  • ½ Tablespoon lime zest or key lime zest
  • 1 Medjool date
  • spinach handful

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
