  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (1 1/2-2 1/2 lb) chicken skin removed and meat shredded, roasted, whole, deli
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp cumin ground
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • garlic salt to taste, with parsley flakes
  • corn tortilla strips
  • cheese shredded cheese, for garnish
  • lime
  • avocado

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add peppers, and sauté 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute.
