Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 - 16 ounce Dole Fruit and Veggie Blend Orange Medley or Mandarin Sunshine Blend, packaged
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk Apple Juice, or Orange Juice (depending on how thick you like it)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • baby spinach optional, 1 handful

Toppings:

  • strawberries sliced
  • pineapple sliced
  • banana sliced
  • Mango sliced
  • orange sliced
  • kiwi sliced
  • berries
  • coconut flakes
  • granola

Instructions

  1. In blender, mix Dole Fruit Blends and liquid of choice. Start with the smallest amount of liquid and build up until desired consistency. The smoothie bowl should be thicker than a smoothie so it can be eaten with a spoon.
  2. Add greek yogurt and spinach, if so desired. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
