You remember that insanely delish Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar from Trader Joe's... well word on the street is that it's been discontinued. So I made you my version of it so we can still make incredible vinaigrettes with the same vibes!

Ingredients
- 1 orange juiced
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 shallot finely chopped (about 2 tablespoons worth
- ½ cup olive oil
- salt Kosher salt and freshly cracked, to taste
- black pepper Kosher salt and freshly cracked, to taste
For the Salad
- 2 heads butter lettuce
- avocado
- chives
Instructions
- Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified and then drizzle on salad.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
