Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowls Recipe
Description
The Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowls Recipe features cooked or leftover bulgogi beef served over a bed of rice. Fresh, thinly sliced cucumber, carrot, and radishes provide crisp and refreshing textures that balance the rich beef. Herbs like mint or basil add aromatic freshness, while green onions and toasted sesame seeds enhance the flavor and presentation. The bowl is finished with a creamy chili garlic mayonnaise, bringing a subtle heat and tang that complements the savory meat and crunchy vegetables.
