Ingredients

Servings

Dough

  • 450 gms all-purpose flour 1 lbs. + some more to dust
  • 1 water or enough to make a soft and flexible, but not sticky dough, ¼ cup
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Filling

  • 500 gms pork but you can use chicken too, 1.1 lbs., minced
  • ¾ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 hot red chili pepper very thinly sliced (adjust to taste and add more if you like your food spicy, or 2 hot red chili peppers
  • 1 ½ tbsp ginger finely chopped, fresh
  • ½ tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 to 1 ½ cup Coriander finely chopped, fresh
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt to taste

Chutney/Dipping Sauce

  • 3 tomatoes small
  • 1 red dry chili pepper or adjust to taste (mine was really spicy)
  • 1/3 cup Coriander fresh
  • 1 garlic large clove
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
