Ingredients
Dough
- 450 gms all-purpose flour 1 lbs. + some more to dust
- 1 water or enough to make a soft and flexible, but not sticky dough, ¼ cup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt
Filling
- 500 gms pork but you can use chicken too, 1.1 lbs., minced
- ¾ cup onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup spring onions finely chopped
- 1 hot red chili pepper very thinly sliced (adjust to taste and add more if you like your food spicy, or 2 hot red chili peppers
- 1 ½ tbsp ginger finely chopped, fresh
- ½ tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 to 1 ½ cup Coriander finely chopped, fresh
- 2 tbsp water
- salt to taste
Chutney/Dipping Sauce
- 3 tomatoes small
- 1 red dry chili pepper or adjust to taste (mine was really spicy)
- 1/3 cup Coriander fresh
- 1 garlic large clove
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt to taste
