Lamb Chops with Garlic Mint Sauce
Description
The lamb chops are brought to room temperature, seasoned with salt and pepper, and seared on a hot grill pan to develop a crust while maintaining a juicy interior. Cooking times are calibrated to achieve medium-rare or medium doneness. Simultaneously, the sauce is prepared by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili flakes, and freshly chopped mint, creating a bright and savory accompaniment that highlights the lamb’s flavor.
After grilling, the chops are generously drizzled with the garlic mint sauce before serving, adding freshness and a subtle heat. The method emphasizes careful handling of the meat to maintain tenderness, and the sauce introduces aromatic complexity without overpowering the lamb.
Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen after allowing the meat to cool to room temperature, retaining flavor and texture for days or months respectively.
