  • 1 spaghetti squash cut in half and seeds removed
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • dash salt
  • dash black pepper

For filling:

  • ½ cup ricotta cheese part skim
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon basil dried
  • black pepper
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½ cups marinara sauce

For topping:

  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 TBS Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • dash oregano dried
  • basil for garnish, fresh
