Layered Buffalo Chicken Dip
Description
The recipe layers seasoned refried beans mixed with buffalo sauce as a base. A blend of cream cheese, mozzarella, and ranch dressing forms the next creamy layer, followed by shredded chicken combined with cream cheese, sharp cheddar, blue cheese dressing, green onions, and buffalo sauce for a hearty and spicy middle. The final cheese layer is topped off with a drizzle of wing sauce, then baked to achieve a golden bubbly surface. After baking, grilled corn, gorgonzola crumbles, bacon bits, fresh green onions, cilantro, and additional wing sauce are added to provide contrasting textures and bold flavors. This dip is well suited for gatherings, offering complex flavor layers and a spicy kick served alongside chips or crackers.
