Ingredients
- 24 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla to a stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add in the powdered sugar one cup at a time until smooth and incorporated.
