Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 pound salmon filet or salmon portions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic about 1 clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons dill minced fresh
  • 1 medium lemon cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Cut the 1 pound salmon filet into 1-inch cubes and place them in a shallow dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Pour the mixture over the salmon cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the salmon with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika, ensuring the seasoning is distributed evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Lightly spritz the air fryer basket or tray with oil. Arrange the salmon cubes in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for 6–8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle them with 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a squeeze of extra lemon juice.
