Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast large; boneless skinless
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- lemon juice of 1
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 thinner breasts. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper to taste and coat each in flour.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is browning prepare your remaining ingredients. It is important to have everything ready so the garlic doesn't burn.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Add garlic to the pan and stir constantly for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients. Remove from stove and add chicken to the pan and turn to coat.
