Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts , boneless skinless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning , (Recipe Above)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 6 thin cutlets.
- Season chicken with oil, then sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
