- 1/3 cup kosher salt see note
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
- lemon zest of 3
- 2 tbsp black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the kosher salt, brown sugar, lemon zest, and black pepper.
