- 1- 1/2 cups lentils cooked
- lime squeeze
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 3 egg peeled, large, hard boiled
- 2 ounces avocado sliced
- 1/2 cup grape tomato halved
- cilantro chopped
- hot sauce few dashes, Cholula brand
Instructions
