Ingredients
- 3 cups organic greens ( Kale, Spinach, Watercress, Arugula or a mixture)
- 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
- 1 cup roasted Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup cooked green lentils
- 1 cup Navy beans
- 1 large apples sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup Perfect Tahini Sauce

- The tahini sauce keeps in your fridge for weeks ( yes weeks!) and you can use it on salads, veggies, spread it on bread, drizzle it on chicken, beef, fish, you name it!

- Substitute sweet potatoes for pumpkin or add some fried plantains for a Latin twist.
