Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
Description
The Light Balsamic Vinaigrette recipe blends balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar with extra-virgin olive oil, water, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. The vinaigrette comes together with a simple whisk or shake, producing a balanced dressing that is mildly sweet and tangy.
The combination of vinegars gives a bright acidity moderated by honey’s sweetness and the smooth, emulsifying effect of Dijon mustard. The added water lightens the intensity, yielding a thinner consistency for easy drizzling over salads or vegetables.
This vinaigrette works well with leafy greens, roasted vegetables, or even as a marinade base. It’s made fresh and can be stored refrigerated for future use.
