Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise light, 80g
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 60g
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup pure, 30g
- 4 tsp olive oil 20g
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste, freshly cracked
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients for the dressing to a bowl or jar. Whisk (or shake) until all ingredients are mixed together well.
- Keep stored in an airtight container or jar in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute with vegan mayonnaise.
