This Linguine Casserole starts by cooking linguine pasta broken in half until al dente. The cooked pasta is then mixed with cubed, fully cooked lean ham, shredded Swiss cheese, condensed cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, crushed garlic, and chopped onion. These ingredients form a creamy mixture combining savory, cheesy, and slightly tangy elements from the soup and sour cream.
The combined mixture is transferred to a baking dish coated with cooking spray. It is baked covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes to meld the flavors and soften the dish. Then it is uncovered and sprinkled with additional shredded Swiss cheese, followed by another 10 to 15 minutes of baking until the cheese on top melts and browns lightly.

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta broke in half, uncooked
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 c. ham cubed, fully cooked, lean
- 1 3/4 c. swiss cheese divided, shredded
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3/4 oz, reduced-fat, reduced sodium, undiluted
- 1 c. sour cream reduced-fat
- 1 onion chopped, medium
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the ham, 1 1/2 c. cheese, soup, sour cream, garlic and onion. Drain pasta; add to ham mixture and stir to coat.
- Transfer to a 13 in x 9 in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
