Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped very fine
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 2 teaspoons paprika Hungarian sweet
- 2 teaspoons caper chopped
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 anchovy fillets, rinsed (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt use if anchovy fillets omitted
Instructions
- In a small bowl cream together cream cheese, butter, paprika, and anchovy fillet. Stir until the mixture is uniform. Add chopped capers, caraway seeds, and salt. This is better if you refrigerate for 4 hours or more before serving.
