Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf

Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf blends ground beef with onion soup mix, dry breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh garlic. The mixture is shaped into a loaf, topped with ketchup, and baked until cooked through, creating a moist, flavorful comfort dish with a savory glaze and tender texture.

Description

This meatloaf recipe starts by whisking eggs and then combining them with ground beef alongside a Lipton onion soup mix and dry breadcrumbs to bind and flavor the mixture. Grated mozzarella cheese adds mild creaminess and moisture. Worcestershire sauce and fresh garlic deepen the savory profile, while ketchup in the mix and brushed on top creates a tangy, slightly sweet glaze when baked. The loaf is pressed firmly into a loaf pan and baked at 350°F for about an hour until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. Allowing it to rest before slicing helps the meatloaf hold together and improves juiciness.

The finished meatloaf offers a tender interior with savory flavors enhanced by the onion soup seasoning and ketchup glaze. It pairs well with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a side salad for a classic meal.
