  • 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder or protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 pinch cinnamon optional
  • 3/4 cup almond milk see note, unsweetened
  • 1 pinch black pepper ***

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste smoothie for flavor and add more cinnamon and/or some honey to taste.
