Ingredients

  • 3 large handsful baby chard
  • 1 large handful white grapes
  • 6 radishes
  • ½ to 1 cup white cabbage shredded
  • ½ cup carrot shredded or grated
  • 2 limes juice for the dressing
  • 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey for the dressing

Instructions

  1. Put the baby chard in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the lime juice with the honey. Mix with the chard.
  3. Cut the grapes in half. Cut the radishes in thin slices. Shred or grate the white cabbage and the carrots.
  4. Mix the veggies and the grapes with the chard.
