  • 1 bag (11 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 4 egg scrambled
  • 1 ½ cups Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 15 ounces black beans drained and rinsed
  • 4 Bacon cooked and chopped, strips or 1/3 cup pre-cooked bacon
  • 2 medium tomato chopped
  • 1-2 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and sliced thinly

For topping:

  • ½ cup salsa chunky or restaurant style
  • 1 avocado pitted and sliced
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBS milk
  • handful cilantro chopped

Notes

  • Feel free to add or remove ingredients as desired. These breakfast nachos have unlimited options of additional ingredients that would be delicious!
