Ingredients
- 1 bag (11 ounces) tortilla chips
- 4 egg scrambled
- 1 ½ cups Colby jack cheese shredded
- 15 ounces black beans drained and rinsed
- 4 Bacon cooked and chopped, strips or 1/3 cup pre-cooked bacon
- 2 medium tomato chopped
- 1-2 medium jalapeno pepper seeded and sliced thinly
For topping:
- ½ cup salsa chunky or restaurant style
- 1 avocado pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS milk
- handful cilantro chopped
Notes
- Feel free to add or remove ingredients as desired. These breakfast nachos have unlimited options of additional ingredients that would be delicious!
