Loaded Sheet Pan Beef Nachos

Loaded Sheet Pan Beef Nachos combine seasoned ground beef, black beans, corn, and Mexican blend cheese layered over tortilla chips and baked until bubbly. The finished dish is topped with fresh jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and classic accompaniments like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa, offering a mix of crunchy, melty, and spicy textures and flavors.

Description

This recipe starts by browning ground beef seasoned with taco spices and lime juice, which adds a bright note to the savory meat. The beef is spread evenly over tortilla chips on a greased baking sheet along with black beans and corn for additional texture and flavor. Cheddar-based Mexican blend cheese is sprinkled on top, then baked until melted and starting to brown at the edges, enhancing the nachos with a creamy, slightly crisp layer.

The nachos are then dressed with fresh toppings such as diced onions, jalapeño slices for heat, chopped tomatoes, and cilantro, creating a fresh and lively contrast against the rich beef and cheese. The inclusion of sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, and salsa verde allows for a customizable flavor profile with cool, spicy, and tangy elements.

This dish is suited for casual gatherings or a comforting snack, served warm to enjoy the melted cheese and layered flavors. It can be adapted with favorite toppings or additional beans and vegetables as desired.
