Loaded Tater Tot Nachos are crispy tater tots topped with seasoned beef and onions, Velveeta cheese, shredded cheese, and all of your favorite nacho toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 bag tater tots frozen, 32 ounces
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup onion diced, white
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
- ½ cup Roma tomato diced for garnish
- 4 green onion diced for garnish
- ½ cup sour cream for garnish
- 1 medium avocado peeled and cut into cubes for garnish
- 1 tablespoon cilantro for garnish
- lime juice for garnish, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on the lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
- While tots are baking, add ground beef and diced onion to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until beef is no longer pink (8-10 minutes). Add taco seasoning to the beef and onions. Stir and set aside.
- When tots are done, remove them from the oven and top them with the seasoned salt, cooked ground beef, cubed Velveeta, and shredded cheese.
- Bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven. Serve topped with tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
