Ingredients

  • 1 .5-ounce can chickpeas drained
  • 1 .8-ounce can black olive drained, sliced
  • 1 ounce can tomato paste
  • 3 1/2 ounces tofu firm
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 ounces pimientos
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning or substitute with additional salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
