London Fog Tea Latte
Description
This London Fog Tea Latte starts by steeping Earl Grey teabags with dried lavender in boiling water for five minutes, allowing the bergamot and floral lavender to infuse fully. A natural sweetener blends into the tea, balancing the flavors with mild sweetness. After straining, the tea is divided into glasses.
Milk is heated and then frothed either by blender or other methods until thick and creamy, creating a light foam that floats atop the tea. Pouring this frothy milk over the steeped tea layers the flavors and texture, resulting in a comforting, aromatic latte with floral undertones and the distinctive citrus scent of Earl Grey.
This drink can be served hot as a soothing alternative to coffee or plain tea. Variations can be made by adjusting sweeteners or milk types to taste.
