Long Island iced tea

The Long Island iced tea is a cocktail made with tequila, gin, vodka, rum, and cola. It does not contain tea but has the same amber hue.

Ingredients
- ½ oz. vodka
- ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. white rum
- ½ oz. orange liqueur , triple sec or Cointreau
- ½ oz. tequila
- ⅓ oz. lime juice (or lemon juice)
- 1 oz. Coca-Cola
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 lice of lime (or lemon, for garnish)
Equipment
- shaker
- Tumbler glass
Instructions
- Pour the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, orange liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker with 4 ice cubes.
- Shake for 15 seconds, then pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
- Top with Coca-Cola.
- Decorate the rim of the glass with half a lemon slice and dip the other half of the lemon slice into the glass.
- Mix and enjoy immediately.
