Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Casserole combines shredded cooked chicken with cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, and a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. The eggs and heavy cream bind the ingredients together into a rich, creamy bake. It’s cooked until the eggs set, resulting in a hearty dish with a spicy, tangy flavor typical of buffalo chicken. This casserole provides a satisfying low-carb option for those looking to enjoy bold flavors in a baked dish.

Description

Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Casserole mixes shredded chicken with softened cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning to create a flavorful base. Eggs combined with heavy cream and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses are poured over, binding the dish as it bakes until set. The result is a creamy, spicy casserole that carries the signature tang of buffalo sauce balanced by melted cheese. The texture is firm but tender from the baked eggs, with pockets of melty cheese throughout.

This casserole can be served as a main dish alongside a simple salad or steamed vegetables. The recipe includes suggestions to drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing and add extra hot sauce on the side, enhancing the traditional buffalo chicken experience. It suits a low-carb dietary preference while offering a comforting baked dish.
